About Domaine Chavy-Chouet

Seven generations of winemaking converge in Meursault under Romaric's direction since 2006. He trained for six years at a viticultural lycée and now stewards 15 hectares across five appellations. Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay, and Pommard all appear in the portfolio. The cellar spans 800 square meters beneath 1300 square meters of buildings. For more than 30 years, the domaine has abandoned herbicides, relying instead on sulfur and copper alone. The wines are distributed in 28 countries across five continents.
