Founded in 1885, Domaine Henri Boillot works from Meursault across two of Burgundy's most exacting appellations. Puligny-Montrachet and Volnay anchor the program, with vineyard parcels in Puligny-Montrachet including Batard. Henri Boillot focuses on white wine vinification, while Guillaume Boillot, as chef de culture, directs the red wine work and vineyard management. The house produces Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Since the 1990s, the vineyard has operated under ultra-reasoned management practices. The cellar and winery facilities in Meursault date to 2000, with extensions added in 2011.
