About Domaine Adam Pierre
Four generations of Alsatian winemaking converge in Ammerschwihr, where Domaine Adam Pierre tends seventeen hectares fragmented across five communes and more than one hundred distinct plot islands. The 2024 Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Hengst, a 100% Gewurztraminer aged nine months in temperature-controlled stainless steel then two years in bottle, was elected Best White Wine in the World at the Mondial des Vins Blancs in March 2026, earning the Grand Prix du Jury. The wine is made using soft pressing with a pneumatic press and controlled fermentation between 16° and 18°C. Tastings and vineyard visits are available.
