Pierre Colon, along with his sons Eric and Christian, work the vineyards of Ammerschwihr in Alsace's Haut-Rhin. The program centers on Muscat, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling. Their Gewurztraminer Im Schloss grows on the ruins of a tenth-century castle, Meywhir. The cellar produces Kaefferkopf and Vendanges Tardives expressions of Gewurztraminer, alongside a demi-sec Mousseux built from Muscat and mango freshness. In spring 2020, the house obtained High Environmental Value certification.
