About Corzano & Paterno
Fattoria Corzano e Paterno is a 200-hectare estate in San Casciano Val di Pesa, near Florence, founded in 1971 and expanded in 1974. The winery produces wines, artisanal sheep cheeses, and extra virgin olive oil, with nearly 20 hectares of vineyards on calcareous-clay soil with siliceous pebbles. The property features ancient stone structures with medieval and possibly Etruscan foundations, and operates an agriturismo with guest accommodations and a restaurant.

Wine and Cheese Tasting
Four wines, four cheeses served with Mostarda di Cremona or locally produced honey, extra virgin olive oils, and Tuscan bread. Duration circa 45 minutes, available from 10am to 12pm (winter) and 10am to 5pm (summer). Children under 12 free. Maximum 20 people.
Wine and Cheese Tasting with Tour
Vineyard walk and cellar tour with explanation of dairy production process, followed by tasting of four wines, four cheeses with Mostarda di Cremona or honey, extra virgin olive oils, and Tuscan bread.
