Principe Corsini operates across two Tuscan properties. Villa Le Corti anchors the work in Chianti Classico, where the house produces Le Corti Chianti Classico DOCG, Cortevecchia Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, and Don Tommaso Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG. Tenuta Marsiliana extends the program into Maremma. The Corsini family also presses olive oil using traditional methods in an ancient family-owned mill. At Villa Le Corti, the ancient cellars house Osteria Le Corti restaurant. The kitchens host cooking classes. Gardens open for tours, including Il Prato, Il Giardino all'Italiana, L'Orto, Il Pomario, Il Giardino di Don Tommaso, Il Viale dei Cipressi, and Il Giardino di Donna Anna.
