About Castello d'Albola
Castello d'Albola sits in Radda in Chianti, where the Zonin Family has owned the estate since 1979. The historic underground cellars, built by the Samminiati, Pazzi, and Ginori Conti families, anchor the work. Alessandro Gallo, winemaker and director since 2004, studied chemistry at the University of Turin and trained at the Umberto I Oenological School in Alba. Wines are aged in large Slavonian oak barrels as part of an organic program. The estate includes Albola Osteria restaurant, suites, and villas.
