The agriturismo has operated for more than thirty years, anchored to Sangiovese as its true vocation. The program produces approximately 20,000 bottles annually. The cellar releases Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva, both 100% Sangiovese, alongside Vigna Cattiva, a 100% Merlot. The property also makes extra virgin olive oil. Wine tastings happen by reservation in the cellar. A lake and walking paths to Castello di Volpaia are part of the grounds.
