The vineyard sits at 600 meters above sea level, surrounded by woods with views across Tuscan hills toward Siena. The program centers on Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2021 Chianti Classico is pure Sangiovese. The Gran Selezione Chianti Classico blends 80% Sangiovese with 20% Merlot. The Toscana Chirone IGT Rosso comprises 63% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 7% Merlot.
