Sigolsheim, in the Haut-Rhin. Domaine Fritsch Gérard Fils farms three Grand Cru parcels across seven Alsatian varietals, certified organic since summer 2022. The program spans white, rosé, and red wines in dry, off-dry, and sweet expressions, plus sparkling. The tasting cellar opens Monday to Friday 9.00–12.00 and 13.30–18.00, Saturday 10.00–12.00 and 14.00–17.00. Groups welcome by request.
