Domaine François Baur has worked the same ground in Turckheim since 1741. Thomas Baur now tends 12.5 hectares of south-facing granitic vineyard, practicing biodynamic viticulture. The program centers on Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Rosé. The Pinot Gris Grand Cru Brand and Pinot Noir Sang du Dragon anchor the portfolio. Sang du Dragon spends 18 to 24 months in barrel. Annual production holds at roughly 70,000 bottles. The caveau de dégustation opens year-round.
