Eighteen hectares in Wettolsheim, farmed biodynamically since 2001. Maxime leads the program from a tasting room installed in July 2022 in the renovated barn of Jules and Joséphine Barmès. Animal traction works the Grand Cru Hengst vineyard. Tastings by appointment. The house holds membership in both Biodyvin and Renaissance des Appellations.
