About Jean-Louis Schoepfer
Thirteen generations of Schoepfers have worked these Alsatian vineyards since 1656. Christophe and Gilles Schoepfer now tend ten hectares in Wettolsheim, with sixty ares planted to Grand Cru. The program centers on classic Alsatian whites. Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Blanc anchor the portfolio, with the Grands Crus Hengst expressions representing the house's work at the highest level. A Crémant d'Alsace made from Pinot Blanc rounds out the range. Noble rot transforms select grapes into Cuvées d'Exception. The tasting room sits at the family estate.
