The only winery in Historic Gruene pours 95+ wines across a range that spans Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Riesling, and Malbec alongside sparkling wines, meads, ciders, and dessert ports. Blackberry Merlot and Strawberry Riesling are among the offerings. Custom batch wine-making by appointment allows visitors to craft their own, with fermentation taking 4 to 6 weeks and custom labels available. Wine club members receive two complimentary tastings monthly, two free glasses of wine per month, and a 10% discount across the winery. The 4-bottle membership saves 15%, the 6-bottle saves 20%.
