Whitecap Winery sits on two acres in Ellison Bay, within the Wisconsin Ledge AVA. Founded in 2018, the operation grows all its own fruit and fertilizes the soil organically with compost from its dairy goat herd. Marquette earned recognition at the Finger Lakes New York International Wine Competition. Petite Pearl and Brianna both won awards at the International Cold Climate Wine Competition in Minnesota. The portfolio includes Marquette, Petite Pearl, Frontenac, Brianna, St. Pepin, Itasca, and Frontenac Gris, alongside releases like Petite Pearl Rosé, Beachstone, and Gills Rock Red.
