The portfolio spans crisp unoaked Chardonnay called Naked, Riesling layered with green apple, pear, cinnamon, and honey, Pinot Gris of citrus and stone fruit, and Frontenac Gris bright with pineapple and guava. Cirrus, a white blend, carries lemon zest and delicate florals. The reds include Merlot with black cherry and plum, Mélange in the Bordeaux style, and Campfire Red, a whiskey-aged blend sweetened with maple syrup and warmed by smoke and vanilla.
