Therein Wine Co. works from Kutztown with grapes from Central Delaware Valley and Lehigh Valley AVAs. Hand-harvested in multiple passes for physiological ripeness, every fermentation runs fully spontaneous with no cultures added. Wine makes itself but requires minimal human presence. The portfolio spans Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, Albariño, and Viognier. There'd Be Others 2021 blends Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin at $33. The Pressing Needs of Others 2022 does the same at $33. ño 2023 is pure Albariño for $29. Nothing Is Our Very Own 2023 is Viognier at $27. Cold Feet, Cold Hands 2025 is Cabernet Franc for $29. Bottles are available in person during The Referend Bier Blendery's open hours, by appointment, or by shipment order.
