Hand-harvested in multiple passes for physiological ripeness, every fermentation runs fully spontaneous with no cultures added. Wine makes itself but requires minimal human presence. The portfolio spans Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, Albariño, and Viognier. There'd Be Others 2021 blends Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin at $33.
