Binah Winery

About

Binah began as a home winemaking project in 2014, five years before Kevin Danna took it commercial for the 2019 harvest at a small vineyard in Easton, Pennsylvania. The first bottle sold in March 2020. Danna, a native of Southern California's Cucamonga-Guasti Wine District, trained as an assistant winemaker at Pinnacle Ridge and studied Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine production under vintner Brad Knapp. Now an urban winery in Allentown, the program produces sparkling, white, and red wines, all certified kosher.
