Matt Check leads the winemaking program at Cellar Beast Winehouse, drawing grapes from Yakima Valley and Red Mountain AVAs in Washington State. The portfolio spans eight varietals, from Malbec and Carmenere to Pinot Gris, with notable releases including the Malbec Reserve 2022 from Red Mountain and the Jeune Bête 2024 red blend. The house sources Carmenere and Petit Verdot from Pontin Del Roza vineyard, owned by the Miller Family. A veteran and women-owned operation founded by Kim McCullough and Aaron McCullough, Cellar Beast Winehouse operates a tasting room in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania and Presley's Cocktail Bar in Easton.
