About Waller Jean-Rémy
Waller Jean-Rémy was founded in 1850 in Wettolsheim and has been led by Pascale and Philippe Waller since 2000. The vineyard spans slightly more than 5 hectares across three Grand Cru sites. Hengst, Pfersigberg, and Steingrubler anchor the program, which draws Sylvaner, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer from these parcels. The house produces Gewurztraminer Cuvée Julie, Pinot Gris Cuvée Franck, Riesling Grand Cru Pfersigberg, Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Hengst, and Crémant d'Alsace. The tasting room is open Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 12.00 and 13.30 to 18.00, with Saturday appointments available.
