About Domaine Aimé Stentz
Wettolsheim, Alsace. Etienne Stentz tends twelve hectares of organic vineyard as the sixth generation of his family to work this land. The domaine was formally established in 2010, the same year it achieved organic certification. Every harvest is done by hand. The cellar opens for private gatherings of up to thirty, or for picnics among the vines.
