Buecher Jean-Claude has worked ten hectares in Wettolsheim since 1979, farming organically since 2019 and biodynamically since 2023. The program centers on three varietals, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Auxerrois, often blended in equal measure. Esquisse and Reflets each marry all three in a third-and-third-and-third composition. Murmure stands apart, a Pinot Noir rosé. The house also produces Crémant d'Alsace sparkling wines. Visits by appointment.
