Wettolsheim, Alsace. Buecher Paul Et Fils works organically across its vineyards, a practice sustained for more than a decade. The program spans seven varietals, Riesling through Pinot Noir, organized into three distinct ranges. Expression, Terroir, and Prestige each represent a different expression of the cellar's work. Terroir cuvées isolate single vineyards, capturing the specificity of individual parcels. The house has produced sparkling wines for more than forty years, including Crémant d'Alsace and late-harvest selections. More than twenty different wines emerge each vintage.
