Mario Pablo Silva manages the operation while Mario Geisse leads the winemaking program across Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Viognier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot. The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Doña Dominga Gran Reserva leads with spicy, floral notes, quaffable and elegant. Seven days after the earthquake hit Chile, Viña Casa Silva was fully operational again. Harvesting resumed in less than 48 hours. Bottling began within 72 hours. A restaurant and borrowed bikes are available for guests exploring the grounds.
