Viberti Giacomo has been family-run in Barolo since 1975, now in its third generation under Paolo Viberti and Valentina. The program centers on Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, and Chardonnay. The portfolio includes Barolo DOCG alongside Palotü, a Nebbiolo from Langhe, Valentina, a Barbera d'Alba Superiore, Barba Poli, a Dolcetto d'Alba, and Rabäll, a Chardonnay from Langhe. The tasting room opens onto the Terrazza del Barolo, where visitors enjoy local cured meats, cheeses, roasted hazelnuts, and regional products.
