Fifty acres of Rocky Ridge Farm in Wantage anchor Ventimiglia Vineyard's work. The program moves across white and red, from Chardonnay and Vidal Blanc to Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, and Carignane. High Point White blends Cayuga, LaCrescent, and Frontenac Gris. Rocky Ridge Red draws from Marquette, Landau, Chambourcin, Marechal Foch, Concord, and Frontenac. Fratelli Ventimiglia pairs Old Vine Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, and Carignane. Wantage White is made from 100% Sussex County grapes. Wines are made in small batches using traditional, natural methods. Hiking trails thread the property.
