About Demarest Hill Winery, Inc.
Founded in 1998 by Francesco Ciummo and his wife Orietta, Demarest Hill Winery sits on a hilltop in Warwick overlooking the valley. The winery stocks over 80 varieties, anchored by Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Vidal Blanc, and Seyval Blanc. The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva ages over five years in oak. Beyond wine, the program extends to two ports, ciders, four vinegars (Balsamico, Bombita Red, Apple, and Apple Balsamico), and Chocolate Grappa spread. The Warwick Black Pearl won at the New York State Fair. Open daily for tastings from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
