Bashakill Vineyards sits in Wurtsboro, overlooking more than 3,000 acres of wetlands preserve from its upper deck. The program spans dry reds, dry and off-dry whites, semi-sweet whites, sparkling wines, and rosé. All wines are vegan. The 2022 Black Bear, 2023 Red Fox, 2023 Coyote, 2024 Fiddlehead, 2023 Lavender Cans, 2024 Tiger Lily, 2024 Hummingbird, 2024 Jasmine Rosé, and 2024 Lavender White represent the current portfolio. A chef and full kitchen staff work on-premises, offering seasonal menus of craft tacos, cured meat boards, cheese plates, spring rolls with herbs, tapas, and handmade ice cream sandwiches. Gluten-free and vegan options are available. Open Friday through Sunday. Adults only. Groups of 10 or more are not accepted.
