It makes 100% natural qvevri wine using traditional Georgian methods and organic practices, working with Imereti varieties such as Otskhanuri Sapere, Krakhuna, Tsitska, Aladasturi, Tsolikauri and Aleksandrouli alongside Kakhetian Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Khikhvi and Qisi.
