The vineyard spans approximately two hectares, with vines over eighty years old planted to Tsitska, Tsolikouri, and Krakhuna for whites, alongside Dzelshavi, Mgalobelshvili, and Otskhanuris Sapere for reds. The winery does not use systemic pesticides or herbicides. Harvest typically occurs in early October. Fermentation proceeds on wild yeast spontaneously.
