Thirsty Owl Wine Company sits on 150 acres in Ovid, home to some of the oldest vinifera vines in the Finger Lakes Region. The program spans aromatic whites, unique reds, rosé, and cider. The tasting room opens year-round Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5.30 pm, Sunday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm. A bistro restaurant operates daily, 11.30 am to 5 pm, with last seating at 4.45 pm. The property includes a 14-slip dock on Cayuga Lake. A second location in Saratoga Springs at 184 South Broadway functions as a wine bar and bistro, positioned blocks from Saratoga Race Course and historic Downtown.
