Airy Acres Vineyard

About

A family farm since 1918, Airy Acres planted its first vineyard in 2015 on the west side of Cayuga Lake in Interlaken. Twenty-one acres now grow eight varietals, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Chardonnay, Saperavi, and Rkatsiteli, with grapes also sold to wineries across the Finger Lakes. The house released its first wines in 2021, opening with Riesling and Cabernet Franc from the 2020 vintage. The portfolio now holds 13 different wines. A new tasting room features a deck overlooking the vineyards and lake, with inside space, large windows, and a private tasting area.
