Birnbaum Vineyards is located in Interlaken on the western side of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. All fruit comes exclusively from the estate vineyard Sunrise Hill Vineyard. The program centers on Riesling and Gewürztraminer, each made with hand-selected fruit pressed as whole cluster and aged on fine lees in Feinherb and Alsacian styles respectively. Merlot and Blaufränkisch are also produced. The 2024 Dry Riesling and Dry Gewürztraminer are each priced at $35. The tasting room is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm at 7953 Footes Corners Road.
