In Kitzeck, in the Sausal, along the Sausaler Weinstraße. Stoff began in 1960 with a small Kellerstöckl, a wine cellar cottage that grew into a family winery. Opa and Oma Stoff first poured wine for guests in 1972. Rupert and Irmgard Stoff took over in 1988, and since 2017 the work has passed to their son Gernot Stoff and Sandra. Just under 2 hectares, worked at 500 meters elevation on shale and slate soils, harvested entirely by hand. In 2024 the Buschenschank was extensively modernized, including bar, kitchen, interior and terrace. A Schaubrennerei on site turns fruit into brandies, liqueurs and gin. The Welschriesling Südsteiermark DAC comes from the 2025 harvest. The Weißburgunder earned recognition at Die Presse Weingenuss 2022. Sloe oriGINale scored 92 points, third place in a Falstaff rating, and Flavus brandy took Gold at the Steirische Landesbewertung 2022.
