About Squash Blossom Farm
An 1910 farmstead in Oronoco that keeps 20,000 bees and makes mead. The program ranges from Traditional Honey Mead to Fruit, Berry, Spiced, Chocolate, and Session Meads, all built on local honey sourced from The Bee Shed and the farm itself. The Mead-Tasting Room opens Saturdays, 2 to 6 pm, May 16 through October 3rd, where meads arrive by the glass, taster, or flight. Wood-fired pizza and bean-to-bar chocolate round the table. Summer Sundays bring Pizza & Music, 4 to 6 pm, May 24th through September 20th.
