Sogn Valley, Minnesota. The vineyard here holds more than 9,000 vines across 40 acres, part of a broader planting of over 18,000 vines in Minnesota varieties. A 150-year-old timber frame barn stands among the rows. In downtown Cannon Falls, the winery itself occupies a historic building, limestone walls, an antique tasting bar. The tasting room runs a kitchen, the Bitchin' Kitchen, turning out sandwiches, flatbreads, and charcuterie.
