The portfolio spans hard ciders at 6.8% alcohol, from the semi-sweet Honeycrisp Hard to the dry Scrumpy, alongside the semi-dry Crabby Cider and sweet Red Hawk. Golden Russet, wood-aged and made exclusively from its namesake variety with no added sugar, sits at 6.8% alcohol by volume. Royal Cider arrives as a handcrafted pommeaux, fortified with local apple brandy and 18% alcohol by volume. Honeycrisp Hard is award-winning. The tasting room pours cider flights, and orchard tours are available.
