About Solminer
Anna and David deLaski lead the program at Solminer, working with regenerative organic and biodynamic farming practices across the vineyard. The tasting room is located in Los Olivos, open Sunday through Friday from 11am to 5pm, Saturdays until 6pm. Wine club members choose from three tiers, receiving three shipments yearly in February, May, and October.

Tasting Room Experience
Cozy downtown Los Olivos tasting room with indoor or outdoor seating. Walk-ins welcome; reservations recommended for parties of 4 or more.
Farm and Vineyard Tour
Monthly walking tours on the first Saturday of each month showcasing the regenerative organic farm, vineyard, and farm animals. Complimentary for wine club members (2 people) and $25 per non-wine club guest. Tour does not include wine tasting.
Wine Club
Customizable wine club memberships with 3 shipments per year, exclusive member events, private ranch house stays, and library access.
