About Carucci Wines
Carucci Wines, founded in 2009, sources grapes from cool-climate vineyards across Santa Barbara County and produces approximately 800 cases per year. Winemaker Eric works across Pinot Noir, Cab Franc, and Chardonnay. La Mia Metà, the winery's first sparkling wine, is a traditional-method Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir with zero dosage. Only 30 cases were produced. The tasting room occupies 499 square feet on Grand Avenue in Los Olivos, open Fridays through Sundays from 12–5 PM. Vineyard tours, offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment, run 90 minutes. Wine club members receive shipments twice yearly, in March and October.
Tasting Experiences
Taste in Los Olivos
Casual, conversational tastings of 5-6 wines in their 499 sq ft tasting room on Grand Avenue. Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 12-5 PM. Walk-ins welcome, reservations recommended. Eric pours most weekends.
Buellton Winery Tours
90-minute behind-the-scenes tours by appointment on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Includes barrel samples, current releases, and direct access to winemaker Eric for questions about the operation and winemaking process.
Wine Club
Twice-yearly shipments (March and October) with first access to new releases, library wines, and single-barrel experiments. Members receive 10-20% off everything, free tastings for guests, and customizable shipments.
