The 2022 FireSide Red Blend, a field blend of Tannat and Chambourcin, sits at 13% ABV. The 2020 Purple Martin aged twenty months in French oak barrels. The house crafts Méthode Champenoise Cider from over ten heirloom apple varieties grown in North Carolina, bottled at 8.3% ABV. The tasting room opens Friday and Saturday from 11am to 5pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, with a deck overlooking the vineyard.
