Lost Oak Cellars operates across three locations in Texas as a family-owned winemaking practice spanning four decades. The Boerne location occupies a 1937 Art Deco building in the Historic District, once the Ebensberger Fisher Funeral home. The funeral business started there in 1938. The Texas Historical Society named the structure a Texas Treasure in 2012. The Burleson location features cultivated vineyards and picnic areas. In Fredericksburg, Lost Oak partners with Brennan Vineyards and McPherson Cellars as The Texas Wine Collective. Wine Club membership across all three locations offers exclusive benefits. The Boerne space includes a cigar lounge.
