About Silverback Estate Winery, LLC
Fifty acres of vineyard surround Silverback Estate in Portland, with views across the Willamette Valley. The wine bar opens Thursday and Friday from 2pm to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11am, closing at 7pm and 6pm respectively. The program pours wine alongside craft beer and non-alcoholic options. Charcuterie plates feature locally sourced meats, cheeses, and seasonal accompaniments. Kids and dogs are welcome. The winery has won Double Gold and Gold Medal awards.

Open Thursday-Friday 2pm-7pm and Saturday-Sunday 11am-7pm/6pm with charcuterie and small plates available. Happy hour Thursday-Friday 2pm-5pm with $5 off wine.
