Septenary Winery

One hundred nine acres of rolling hills beneath the Blue Ridge Mountains, fifteen minutes from Charlottesville. Septenary sits on land where Seven Oaks Farm began in the 1700s as one of Virginia's first taverns. The estate is a Virginia Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Open Thursday through Sunday, 11am to 5:30pm, adults only, 21 and up. Wine by the glass, bottle, or tasting flight. Private tastings available by reservation. Groups of six or more require advance booking, maximum ten guests. Picnic packs and light fare available for purchase. Dogs on leash welcome. Wine club members receive 15% off bottles, glasses, and tastings, plus quarterly wine trios.
