About

Martin Kogler took over Schmid-Kogler in 2007, the fourth generation to work these vineyards in Baden's Thermenregion. He trained at Weinbauschule Eisenstadt before taking over from his parents, Herbert and Michaela. Over 18 hectares spread across Römerberg, Bad'ner Berg, Harter Berg, Am Flachhart, Gainfarn, and St. Veit form the estate. The house won two silver medals at AWC in 2013 for Zierfandler and Riesling Classic. A Heuriger on the property serves food and wine, with space for private and corporate events.
