Johannes and Gerlinde Scheuhammer run both vineyard and restaurant in St. Margarethen. Gerlinde began her career as a waitress in the same village, before the couple operated a restaurant in Eisenstadt. Now Dorfstub'm Scheuhammer anchors their work here, open Monday through Friday with a deliberately limited menu built on regionality and honest flavor. The restaurant is closed Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
