Santa & D'Sas was established in 2013 by Andrew Santarossa and Matt Di Sciascio, who met while studying Wine Science and share Italian cultural heritage and a passion for winemaking. The winery sources fruit primarily from the King Valley, with additional fruit from Heathcote and Swan Hill regions in Victoria.
