About Nicol’s Paddock
Nicol's Paddock is a small, family-run winery and restaurant on the outskirts of Geelong in Waurn Ponds, Victoria. The winery produces estate-grown wines including Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Viognier, Red Blend, and Rosé, all lovingly made and bottled on-site by vigneron Peter Nicol. The restaurant offers lunch Thursday-Sunday and dinner Friday-Saturday with locally sourced, seasonal food and vineyard views.
Tasting Experiences
Cellar Door Tasting
Tastings of 4 boutique wines available via appointment for groups up to 12, or through restaurant space for 1-6 people if space permits. Overlook the vineyard from the intimate cellar door.
Restaurant Dining
Shared dining experience with locally sourced and seasonal food, made from scratch including sourdough and gluten-free bread. Available for lunch and dinner with vineyard views.
