Salcuta was founded in 1994 in Ștefan Vodă, a Protected Geographical Indication region in Moldova. Three generations have shaped the house. Eugen Pîslaru guides the winemaking program across Fetească Neagră, Rară Neagră, Saperavi, Noble Rosé, and Pinot Gris. The portfolio includes APERTUS, a Fetească Neagră and Rară Neagră blend marking thirty years since the winery's establishment, alongside EPIZŌD from Saperavi, ENO as Noble Rosé, WINEMAKER'S WAY from Rară Neagră, and VALVERDE from Pinot Gris. A tasting room is available.
