The portfolio includes Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Carménère, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Pinotage, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Tempranillo. The tasting room opens to outdoor seating and a picnic area, with food available. The house partners with Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust, and members of the Safari Club receive wine discounts and invitations to exclusive events.
