About Michael Ros Winery
Michael Ros Winery opened in 2021 in Fredericksburg, a family-owned boutique operation. The first vines went into the High Plains in 2018. Today, 37 acres of their own vineyards supply the cellar, alongside grapes from trusted Texas growers. Every bottle is 100% Texas wine. The portfolio spans white and red, from Albariño, Picpoul, and Sauvignon Blanc to Malbec, Sangiovese, Tempranillo, and Tannat. The tasting room sits a mile off Highway 290. Music runs Thursday 4 to 7pm and Saturday 2 to 5pm.
